Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! The spacious pool complex and water slides kept the kids happy all day. We took some fun trips to the aquarium, where we saw a huge variety of fish, and Dinosauria, which was a hit for both kids and adults. The dining options were good, and there’s plenty to do in the area, so totally recommend it!

The only downside was that wifi was a bit spotty at times, which made it hard to connect during our stay.

great amenities , but mixed room views

The hotel offered multiple pools with fun waterslides that my kids loved. The dining options were impressive, providing an abundance of food choices, which kept everyone satisfied. I appreciated the balcony in our room, as it gave us a nice space to chill outside while the sea view would have been nice, having a balcony was more practical for drying our wet clothes.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend jaunt in Hersonissos with value for money. The complimentary wine in the room was a nice touch amidst the chaos of the travel troubles around us. Avoid peak times to beat the lines for the slides.

The vibrant decor throughout the resort was uplifting, and the accessible pathways made it easy for everyone, especially seniors like myself, to explore without difficulty. The inviting lounges and gardens added a nice touch to our stay.

More shaded areas by the pool would be nice.

The variety of dining options was impressive, catering to different tastes including great vegetarian dishes.

The cleanliness in the communal dining areas needed attention, as some tables were left uncleaned for long periods.

We spent 5 nights in a family room and loved the variety of food, especially the quiet Cretan restaurant. Just a heads up, we had to ask for extra towels a couple of times, but overall, it was a fantastic family getaway! 😄

We had an amazing time enjoying the spacious family room with a lovely terrace while being just a few steps away from the beach, and the staff at the restaurant were incredibly accommodating for our daughter's dietary needs, making everything so much easier for us.

Would recommend for a brief retreat

Spacious room, excellent service, with friendly staff, particularly enjoyed the thorough cleaning and outstanding dining options at the various on-site restaurants, while also appreciating the proximity to the nearby water park just a short walk away.

The family-friendly atmosphere was enjoyable with clean rooms and a variety of food options. However, some staff were unhelpful, and the ongoing music could be disruptive. The lack of a proper swimming pool for older kids was a downside too. Overall, a pleasant experience despite some hiccups.

Exceptional dining variety

The pools and water park were fantastic, perfect for my kids to splash around before heading over to the beach for some exciting water sports. The varied dining options were a big hit too, especially the snack bars near the pool which offered quick bites when we needed them. Our family dog was also welcomed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more structured activities at the kids' club, as it felt a bit lacking. Perhaps adding some engaging programs would help keep younger guests entertained day by day.

The music by the pool is far too loud, disrupting any chance for relaxation!!! The lack of lifeguards around the numerous children in the pools is concerning and should be addressed!!!

my stay at this hotel was great! star beach village exceeded my expectations with its amazing pools and delicious food options. i loved how family-friendly it was, making it perfect for a getaway in hersonissos.
